What is Whole-Being Wellness?

In this course, we’ll explore wellness as a multi-dimensional process—one that includes but also transcends physical health. True vitality comes from alignment across the full spectrum of your being: body, mind, emotions, relationships, environment, and spirit.

You may already have a healthy diet or fitness routine, but still feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or off-balance. That’s because deep wellness requires more than healthy habits—it calls for presence, energy regulation, relational support, and spiritual attunement.

Meet Your Teacher

Thomas Hübl is a renowned teacher, author, and international facilitator whose lifelong work integrates the core insights of the great wisdom traditions and mysticism with the discoveries of science. Since the early 2000s, he has been leading large-scale events and courses that focus on the healing and integration of trauma. He has been teaching workshops and presenting training for Harvard Medical School since 2019.

He holds a PhD in Wisdom Studies and his non-profit organization, The Pocket Project, works to support the healing of collective trauma throughout the world. He is the author of Healing Collective Trauma: A Process for Integrating Our Intergenerational and Cultural Wounds and the forthcoming Attuned: Practicing Interdependence to Heal Our Trauma—and Our World.
