How to stay engaged, present, and resourced while navigating personal and global stress

In a time of relentless global polycrises, it’s easy to feel mentally, emotionally, and spiritually disconnected.

War, environmental disasters, and political instability, as well as personal challenges, can create widespread emotional and psychological strain, leaving us overwhelmed and disconnected.

Holding space for others often comes at the expense of our own well-being, making it harder to show up with strength.

The good news is healing is possible.

Our health is deeply connected to our relationships, communities, and environment. While we’re unable to control the challenges we face, we must balance our mind, body, and spirit to strengthen our own resilience, stay grounded, and remain in service to others.

In these challenging times, it’s essential to cultivate resilience to remain grounded in stressful moments.

By strengthening our ability to heal, adapt, and support others, we can begin to amplify the healing of ourselves and the collective.

Join this free live gathering to explore an interdependent approach to well-being, so you can navigate uncertainty, manage stress, and become a source of stability for yourself and those around you.

Thomas will also share some information about his upcoming live course, Whole-Being Wellness—an opportunity to deepen your practice and explore practical tools for staying grounded, resilient, and connected in today’s complex world.

This FREE LIVE event will last for one hour.

If you can’t join us on April 27, don’t worry. We’ll email the recording to all registrants the day after the live event.
